Juneteenth Gathering Wednsday June 19 11 AM

Join the Juneteenth celebration at St. John’s for conversation, and a shared picnic under the shade trees, Wednesday, June 19th beginning at 11 am.
Typically, this is a family day to mark the passing of beloved members of the community and welcome those who are new, all in the context of freedom and resilience. We plan to share stories from the history of this region, and to encourage deeper appreciation for those who have walked this way before us.
Bring something to eat. Tables will be up with drinks and desserts ready to serve by 11 a.m., and we'll linger as long as the heat of the day allows.
